A gem of a Mystery Gift distribution will begin on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Claim your Diancite stone and gain access to the extra side mission “Shine Bright like a Gemstone.” Complete the side mission to add the Mythical Pokémon Diancie to your team, and use your new Diancite to Mega Evolve it! Note: In order to play “Shine Bright like a Gemstone,” you will first need to complete the main story of Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

How to play “Shine Bright like a Gemstone”

1. Claim your Diancite stone

Open the main menu and select Link Play. Select Mystery Gift, then Get via Internet to receive your Diancite.

2. Go to the Looker Bureau

Once you have your Diancite stone, visit the Looker Bureau. If you talk to Mimi, Emma’s Espurr partner, it will show interest in the Diancite. Team up with Mimi and make your way to where Diancie can be found!

Notes and Terms

・In order to play “Shine Bright like a Gemstone,” you will first need to complete the main story of Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

・You need to connect your Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch 2 system to the internet to claim this gift.

・To connect to the internet, your user profile must be linked to a Nintendo Account.

・It takes approximately one hour of play time before you are able to access the Mystery Gift feature.

・You can receive this Diancite stone in either the physical or digital version of Pokémon Legends: Z-A or Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition.
