We’re not staying home, we just aren’t going there.

We’re not staying home, we just aren’t going there.

Not going to the US isn’t the same as just staying home.
We have lots of other places we can choose to go.

A long lens is not very subtle, though.
Not helpful with the “avoiding getting attacked by steroid fuelled nazis” goal.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Jones Soda had made a pizza flavor.

When you’re taking pictures of nazis and trying not to have them attack you, taking those pictures from a distance and in a discrete manner can lead to less than studio quality photography.

assuming this is his last run in with the law
Given his history, that assumption seems a bit like wishful thinking.
But maybe if there is some proper resources made available and if he sincerely takes advantage of them, he might have a chance of rehabilitation.

If organizations want to make actual change, they need to stop it with the one-day boycotts.
Same goes for one day protests. If you want the government to be changed it needs constant and increasing pressure.

As long as the proper resources are made available to respond to those calls for help.
An EV Fiesta (or Escort or Focus) would fill the needs of a vastly undeserved segment of the population.

What are the odds the States reply “go fuck yourself”?
The party needs to reform itself.
The party needs to un-reform itself.
Not that old-school Tories were awesome, but the party became so much worse when they merged with the dregs of Manning’s reform party.

I imagine it’s also a card that’s used in the negotiations with the US.
I have no doubt that it is.
A smart negotiator doesn’t play all their cards at the start. They gradually bring out their various pressure points over time when it is strategic to do so. And they hold back the “nuclear option” until it becomes necessary.
That’s a problem for the Americans to solve themselves.
But what I can do is to not spend any money in their economy until they get their shit fixed.

The American general public had at least ten years to get familiar with Trump and what he’s about.
Far longer than that.
He’s been known publicly as a sack of shit since at least the '90s.

what’s next a dead president?!
I’d be OK with Trump killing that guy.
The waltons losing money in this way exposes who they are, and might piss them off enough to do something.
As much as I hate the idea of corporate interests having that much influence over the government (any government), someone richer than him complaining could be the only thing that gets through Trump’s mushy head.
They just keep giving people more reasons to not travel to their country
Disgusted but not entirely surprised.
He will visit the great white north someday.
I eagerly await that day.
Historically, because the US is a shorter drive for most Canadians than it is to go to another province.
And, of course, there’s that old lie that the Americans tell everyone that they are a fun exciting place to be.
