I think its the lines - they look like leftover sketch lines at first, but when you look closer, a lot of them seem nonsensical

When you look at the hands they have a vastly different quality
Then even that it looks like a sketch the lines look too “unscetchy” for me

Something you can always look out is where objects meet.
If the lines somehow “tangle” into each other instead of simply ending how they stould it can me an indicator
