When they make an effort and want to do things you want to do
They discreetly tell you about your bad breath. Or something like that.
Freshly baked goods delivered without asking, and without any need for anything returned in kind.
Just because.
Respect.
Do they respect your boundaries? Do they respect your time? Do they respect your opinions? Do they respect the people you love as if they were an extension of you?
Do they respect you? If the answer is no, that’s not a friend.
They listen intently.
You could be living separate lives but when shit goes down, they’re there for you! Always separates the real ones out there
