I can’t believe it wasn’t already renewed. It was such a good show.
My wife and I just finished this yesterday! Were we the view that put it over the top?
Maybe some actual cameos next time and not just cheap namedrops?
I think it was a deliberate choice in order to keep the show more grounded. No androids. No aliens. No wizards. Just a struggling actor trying to keep his secret.
I do think we’ll see a little bit of the wider world next season, especially since I have to imagine they’re on the run now, but even then it seems like Damage Control is our big bad and we don’t have any big name people working there just yet.
Oh I meant actor cameos, not hero cameos.
The two of them together were an absolute delight, I hope season 2 explains what happened to Morris.
If Morris dies, we riot!
