Now, I didn’t see with audio, but the POV doesn’t seem like a police motorcycle. I didn’t see any police in the video.

Where’d he run from the police?

There is a police car with their lights on at the 15 second mark (far left of the frame). The driver of the motorcycle says “not the State Trooper!” It doesn’t ever seem like the cop was actually chasing the guy on the unicycle.

Ah, yes. I rewatched it, looking for that exact info after your post, and this time I saw it. A blink and you’ll miss it moment.

But also, that cop had already pulled someone over. He’s not going to race off to chase this guy.

I hope someone gets some healthy organs out of this when this guy inevitably removes himself from the gene pool.

Well, if he keeps this one up; they’re going to have to scrape him off the highway and pick out bits of gravel…

That’s going to be one hell of a meat crayon when that wheel gives out, or the motor stalls/dies.

When you’ve only got one wheel, you need enough power to push that wheel ahead of you so you can start to lean back and brake. Sudden power loss, or reaching max acceleration = guaranteed to eat pavement.

Better hope you don’t need to stop in a short distance either.

That doesn’t have nearly the control you’d need. When you over do it you better hope that brake kicks in just enough to catch you falling backwards, otherwise it’s the same problem.

Keeping a full human body balanced above a 9cm2 patch of rubber (contact area of the tire, being generous) while travelling at 80mph is no easy feat.

Plus you get into stopping distance issues. There’s no such thing as emergency braking in a scenario like this… Hopefully he sees whatever obstacles he’s approaching and none of them move into his path…

Annoying af autistic commentary paired with a click bait title. There was no “runs from cop” anywhere in the video

The commentary is like the polar opposite of autistic. It’s inane bro speak, like literally the most stereotypical ‘normie bro’ talk ever. When I think of autistic commentary I picture some person talking passionately at length about specific details that wouldn’t be noticed by anyone else. Not some guy shouting ‘OMG BROOO’ over and over.

Am I just being paranoid, or does it look like there’s always a lot of distortion/noise around the unicycle? Might just be the also fairly suspect potato quality, but ehhh it’s hard to believe anything from video these days

Edit: I can’t seem to find one of these unicycles with a top speed over 60 (though some do mention users claiming to have hit 70), but seems a little sus. The manufacturers even state exceeding max speed will result in motor cutout, meaning a guaranteed crash at ~60mph
