Honestly at this point if a charity can afford tv advertisements the charity is probably not what the name of the charity says it is.

Charities only exist where our governments have failed to support us.

Housing the homeless? The government failed to provide adequate shelter to its citizens.

Feeding the hungry? The government has failed to implement a system to prevent people from starving nor creating avenues for people to access fresh food.

Protecting children from abuse? The government has failed to introduce effective policy to protect children and oversee their wellbeing, growth, and development.

Cleaning up the environment? The government has failed to hold waste-dumpers and corporations accountable and haven’t installed government departments dedicated to making sure the roads, forests, and urban areas are sufficiently clean. At best, they may care about local parks, etc, but the rubbish filling the sides of the freeways and scattering into the surrounding environment has been a complete debacle.

Tax the 1% at 99% after $10M earned. An inheritance tax of 99% after the first $10M has been shared between the inheritors. A 30 year minimum prison sentence for anyone caught trying to circumvent taxation.

45 million dollars to teach kids how to become genocidal maniacs. Money well spent
