Eight trees surrounding the Hatfield Federal Courthouse in downtown Portland will “not recover” after a man destroyed their branches, according to court documents.

  The cost is probably including the labor required to excavate the sidewalk, fill with topsoil, and then install those cover grates around them.

Don’t resort to ad hominem attacks against another user or insult other people, examples of violations would be going after the person rather than the stance they take.

If we feel the comment is uncalled for we will remove it. Stay civil and there won’t be problems.
