I’ve been thinking of ‘solving’ the creamer issue for myself lately and then I saw Hoffman’s video. What do you swear by?

Maybe try with a bit of milk. If you enjoy black coffee why go for something unhealthy like creamer?

Most creamer is a bunch of crappy additives thrown together. Get a bunch of syrups and cream or barista oat milk instead.
I just use oat milk. Most of those creamers have crazy amounts of sugar.
Whole milk works great, and makes my cereal more filling too. If I buy a creamer, I tend to get one made of oat milk because it tends to last a bit longer in the fridge than real milk once opened. Califia has a fairly fun cinnamon one.

I just like a bit of oat milk, though I usually drink lighter roasts black.
I personally prefer just coffee and plain whole milk.
Heavy whipping cream.
Why?
It lasts forever in the fridge and it isn’t hydrogenated oil that will clog your arteries with transfats.
Oh god yes. The heavier the better. I go to the restaurant supply stores so I can get the super-heavy-duty 40% cream. None of that weak-ass 36% water.
That’s weapons-grade heavy cream.

Been using oat milk for some coffees (Oatside is awesome), it’s really good.
For local coffee I’m still using Coffeemate, but looking for alternatives that’s not condensed milk, which is the traditional choice. Trying to de-Nestle my life as much as possible.
Whatever’s on sale that isn’t Nestle. Ideally something dairy free. During the holidays though, International Delight has a sugar cookie flavored creamer that is incredible.

Seems lazy at best, and coffee is healthier and better without this stuff anyway.
