Heard a long distance dedication on live radio by the late Casey Casem back when he was still doing America’s Top 40. I still think it was my Ex fiance who sent it. She knew i listened to that show. looking back im not sure it was really her but it wrecked me to even hear this song for years after that.

The Petersons a very wholsome and talented family blue grass band. They are one of Bransons biggest attractions going. They do their own music , but cover many popular songs across all genres of music on thier youtube channel.

The Girls are all lead vocals, and their brother matt sings lead ocasionally Katy (fiddle), Ellen (banjo), Julianne (mandolin), Matt (guitar, Emmet (dobro), Karen “mom” (Bass).

They are obviously a christain family and sing gospel blue grass, but it was their Cover of The Beatles - Here comes the sun sung by Julianne the youngest daughter that really got me into them. Their music is diverse and targets a wide audience.

I only seem to barely notice the difference… At first i couldnt understand what everyone was talking about…but yeah its a small delay over what it used to be. Also it seems any bookmarked vids will no longer autoplay… you have to click play… is that a thing anyone else has to do ?

I tried Edge and it seemed only a small bit faster to me, but it did autoplay. Are there any other anomalous strange effects google has done to youtube that i might have missed ?

I never had issues with adds on FF and ublock … still don’t.

There is not too much vibing at all really. Though I like the content i get here on beehaw there really inst a lot of it. I still see the same posts from weeks before in the top 50 to 100 posts. But thats the same problem nearly every Lemmy instance has. Honestly The whole fediverse is too spread out and lacks engagement because anyone can create an instance and then most of them end up sharing the same limited content. It all feels like too much water in my Scotch.
