Growing up my mother had (still has come to think of it) a book about Wyeth at the Kuerner family farm. The Wyeth picture in the Oatmeal story is not part of the larger collection of works all from that farm, but it still has the feeling. Remember my biochem professor showed that chart at the end of “Biochem 100” We had focused in citric acid cycle, the electron transfer in the mitocondria, basic genetics (amino acids, RNA, DNA), neogluconesis, and something about removing nitrogen from cells +a whole lot more I can’t remember 20 years after the class.

I think Settlers is a bad game. I judge a game based on few points. Is it fun, can you on your own turn reliably do something to advance your own position, and is determining who will win not clear until the last round. Of course some skill based games like chess will still be a good game even if it faults on several of these factors.
