Wow, I knew I had eastern fence lizards around my house (I’m in TN), but I never would’ve guessed the western variety is named exactly the same! I wonder if the eastern variety has similar results
Side tangent, looking up a picture of eastern fence lizard seems to also show results for western fence lizards TITLED as eastern fence lizards since according to google the primary difference between them is the color the males have on their belly (blue being western, green being eastern)

I only heard about them a day or two before commenting because of the recent EV1 auction! Turns out Jared from The Questionable Garage (formerly Wrench Every Day) got one driving again, which he brought up in his video talking about the EV1 auction
What’s crazy (and sucks) is they DID have an EV S10 from the mid 90’s (hence why it sucks: it’s exactly what you want, but they killed it)
Of course it doesn’t have the modern safety features, but I bet you could still find one if you’re determined enough! Although it’s possible you already knew this 😉

I maintain that the one they showed off when they announced the truck looked kinda cool. But as we started seeing them in real life, the novelty of them looking different wore off and the reality that they’re somehow bloated and sharp edged at the same time set in and made me realize how poorly proportioned they are! Also, the irony of buying a bulletproof and “zombie proof” truck that can’t tow or the frame snaps and you need to wrap it so it doesn’t rust is incredible. Not to mention Elon Musk spearheaded it.

Based on them JUST RECENTLY fixing the “update and shut down” ‘bug’ not ACTUALLY shutting down your computer after updating after 10 years maybe they are fixing it! It’ll just take 10 years for these fixes to happen!
