It needs to be as easy to go after companies doing this shit as it is to collect dept from individuals (at least how it works here). No courts, just a government office where you can make your claim and the company needs to put effort in to dispute that. Anything else and they can just drag their feet.

I read the part 1 of that and the reasons range from image concerns, to data security issues, to talking to the completely wrong fucking person because they don’t understand the governemt structure, to just getting ghosted. And there are a few more. It was a very funny read to me.

Rein vom politischen System her ist die Schweiz wohl mit am nächsten an Kommunismus/Anarchismus dran (ist trotzdem sehr konservativ). Per default ist die Macht bei den Kantonen, also recht dezentral, und es gibt direktdemokratische Elemente.
