I know that ChatGPT is sometimes wrong, but it gave me a source that seemed legit.
A study by Dr. Levi Harrison, a hand surgeon who specializes in RSI, found that gamers who used high mouse sensitivity and mouse acceleration were more likely to develop RSI. He also found that gamers who used lower mouse sensitivity and no mouse acceleration were less likely to develop

Ask Kbin@kbin.social•Now that some time has passed, what do you like and dislike about kbin?
5·2 years agoI like that Kbin has microblog, tags feature. With that I can browse mastodon content easily.
Another one is filter posts by type, for example If I want only Threads (text only). The things I doesn’t like are mirror but:
- no third party apps (yet?)
- search function could be better (no advanced search, and different buttons for magazine/posts search)
- upvote vs boost is confusing
They are switching between round/square design every few years to look different than previous generation. Which sells products better. Most loyal people will think its new unique design.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What are some video games that made you a better gamer?
3·2 years agoI feel most improvement playing turn-based games, like TFT, Hearthstone, Slay the Spire.
Absolutely not, I love living in the city. I walk everywhere or take public transport. Maybe if I had a train station near my house in a rural area, I would consider it.

[Outdated, please look at pinned post] Casual Conversation@lemmy.world•Does anyone feel like their life is going according to plan?
3·2 years agoYes, I always wanted to not work and enjoy my hobbies.
I started around middle school, and first thought is to get rich. But after a research I realized this takes a lot of time and after many years I might have all free time I want. So I chosen the easier path, where I will have consistently little work with above average money and a lot of free time.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What kind of Emoji do you use on Lemmy, if any? 🤩 :) (͡•_ ͡• )
3·2 years agoI only use them in games, but these:

I always loved sorting by controversial, so I would keep them, but not to hide them as Reddit does.
Also, I would remove the Activity button.

2·2 years agoYou are right, I didn’t know about this.
Mostly less than 30 min per day. Then every few months 10h per day.

Technology@beehaw.org•Recommendations of non-Apple products with similar longevity?
1·2 years agoI was referring mainly to newer models, the older line around 2012 was really good.

General Discussion@lemmy.world•I don't think the reddit, twitter, etc will "die" the way most people expect them to.
10·2 years agoReddit hasn’t made many significant changes yet, but Twitter is working hard to fail.
