There are 3 colors on the avocado parts, a deeper green, a lighter yellowish green, and a light brownish part, which is consistent with avocado cuts and oxidization.

Definitely avocado; cucumber doesn’t have that color gradient but avocados do.
You should say something else

2·3 days agoYeah, maybe I said it a bit too harshly but that’s more of what I meant by saying basis of. You can take something that has some truth (after all, humans do have some things that would absolutely fit into essentialism) then make it so ubiquitous that you start applying it to things that don’t fit it, like inclination to commit criminal acts etc. The issue is in the degree to which it is applied, not necessarily the belief itself.
Until it gets to polyamorus drama, and one decides to break up or get jealous of another one.

10·3 days agoEssentialism… hmm I thought I kept up reasonably well with knowing about bigotry but this one is new, unless I know it by a different name. Lemme look it up.
Oh, the basic ideology that makes people think eugenics is good and is a huge basis for a ton of other bigotries.
They could be pansexual polyamorus(sp?) changelings that are all attracted to each other.
I have Tom Cardy songs I love because they’re funny, and Tom Cardy songs I just straight up love and are on my regular Playlist. Transcendental Cha Cha Cha is the top of my love, play all the time list, along with Artificial Intelligence, Don’t touch my Ladder, and Lo-fi.
I love a bunch of others too, too many to list, but some of those are comedy mood songs, while the above work for many more of my moods.

politics @lemmy.world•What Graham Platner Said When a Trans Mainer Asked: 'Will You Stand Up for Me?'
3·4 days agoAh, I’m not arguing against having a gun as a progressive or anything, but part of me doesn’t trust me with a gun. I probably won’t have an issue, but I play with stuff a little too much. I have stabbed myself and slashed myself with knives. Not in a suicidal way; in both cases it was curiosity but I made sure to use somewhere safe (slash was not near any major veins or vessels and was light, stab was less intentional and was testing a safety function of the knife but went in a small bit on my leg).
I feel like I’ll be careful enough, but 5% of me worries I’ll play with the gun inappropriately somehow. My current roommate(one of my sisters) is also uncomfortable with guns, so that somewhat affects my decision too.
That said, I’m in agreement with a lot of what you said, and I’ve been moving more to the side of maybe I should. As for where I am, I’m in Decatur, fairly close to ATL, and quite a few of my friends do have guns so I do have people I can talk to about practice.
And my father. In fact, mother is in there with first name and her maiden name, despite being remarried. There was some logical reason I did it a while ago that I’ve forgotten. Either auto complete or audio dial or something.

5·4 days agoGood. The trauma isn’t worth it.
Not that I’d give someone my phone, or ever send dick pics (I’m with Tom Cardy on this), but all my contacts are full names, including all my family members. They wouldn’t be able to tell. In fact, the only people with nicknames are my online friends, several of which still have their nickname despite us visiting each other multiple times and definitely knowing our real names.
Oh, that’s what that weird feeling was

6·4 days agoHmm, looks like some clients that doesn’t work on. I can’t find the alt text on sync, and I’ve seen alt text on here before.
The ones with paracetamol or acetaminophen(or Tylenol, if you need a brand) are anti inflammatory, and some have anti contestants as well, but you need to be careful with the first. A lot of people don’t realize it has a strong drug in it, and said drug has a daily limit or you may need to say goodbye to your liver.
So for those specific symptoms it can help, but personally I don’t bother unless it’s really bad with congestion, and I hardly ever use the anti inflammatory unless I have a high fever.
I’m definitely not an expert, but I thought the biggest issue with baked edibles were the temps you cooked them at might degrade THC. Isn’t it impossible to get the dough crispy at temps THC stays stable at?

I joined that group today, but it wasn’t necessarily this support thing. I hated Windows update most of the time anyway. Mostly I just needed to buy a new SSD so I could dual boot, which will allow me to transition at my own pace while getting comfortable. I bought a cheap 500gb Saturday.
The other issue is my version of decision paralysis on choosing a distro, which generally is paralysis up until I suddenly just bite the bullet. I went with Nobara since it looked easiest to support my hardware and get into my games quickly.
So far I’ve gotten FFXIV, Warframe, and Enshouded running the way I want, and am slowly downloading my other current games. I have to keep a 200mpbs download limit because I’m working too. I also wiped one of my 2tb drives that mostly had games I was planning to play soon or just started playing to make it exFAT. I’ll probably eventually convert the others but may need to buy another 2tb drive for transfers if needed.
Update: exFAT gave me issues with another game so I ended up just making it a btrfs drive.
