Hilft dir jetzt nicht direkt, aber aus gegebenem Anlass: Ich bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit der Techniker Krankenkasse, aber ich hab gestern erst einen Brief von denen bekommen, wo eine Anfrage beantwortet wurde, die ich denen per Mail geschickt habe… ich verstehe deinen Frust total

hoffentlich :D aber geht eher darum, dass der trübe Ausgangssaft häufig mit Gelatine geklärt wird, was als Hilfsmittel, das im Endprodukt nicht enthalten ist, auch nicht deklariert werden muss

jup genau, ich leb größtenteils vegetarisch, aber ich hatte noch viel Rotkohl übrig und hab eine vegane Freundin spontan zu Apfelrotkohl und Knödeln mit brauner Soße eingeladen :D und in meinem anderen Kommentar schreib ich auch, dass z.B. auch der eingekaufte Rotwein und Apfelsaft vegan sind (obwohl in der Liste nicht näher spezifiziert weil faul)

und der Skyr ist der ganz normale ja-Skyr vom Rewe zum Frühstück morgen

achso, der Skyr ist tatsächlich nicht vegan und auch nicht für den Kochabend, sondern für mein Frühstück gedacht :D andererseits hab ich aber auch veganen Rotwein und Apfelsaft gekauft, obwohl ich das nicht explizit reingeschrieben hab

ich koch nachher mit ner Freundin, die vegan lebt

bei Japchae (koreanischer Glasnudelsalat) gibt es viel zu schnippeln, alle Zutaten werden nacheinander angebraten und kommen dann in eine riesige Schüssel, also hat jeder was zu tun, aber es dauert zu zweit nicht ewig und ist echt lecker :)
