      He was right about landlords.

You can mention stopped clocks, and I’d be inclined to agree, but it doesn’t make him wrong about this, and no clearly identifiable anarchist is as associated with killing that particular scum.

Anarchists can appreciate mao and his comrades’ contributions to the people while recognizing, criticizing, and learning from his errors, just as MLs and other marxists do.

Christopher dorner was not a communist. He was not a revolutionary. I probably wouldn’t even have enjoyed his company.

But he killed pigs, and that’s pretty cool.

Mao was an asshole a hypocrite a tyrant and a fool. He killed a lot of good people.

But he killed fascists and landlords too, and I can appreciate that.

Tankies and their whataboutism and false dichotomies… Name a more iconic duo. I’m waiting.

you’re right, i did vote for dukakis tankie

but personally i’d save my ire for our real enemy, the capitalists, rather than fixate on disagreements between tendencies from 70 years ago.

Congrats you made it. Calls for left unity, set aside minor differences and follow our leader, sure, we know where this ends. Even more iconic indeed.

              lol, lmao.

if an anarchist group is in a position to destroy the united states i will support them because i know who the real enemy is. I love offline anarchists, they do good work.

You’re technically correct which, in some minds, is the best form of correct. But “false dichotomy” and “whataboutism” go hand in hand and therefore form one unit of meaning. False dichotomy eliminates all but two options and whataboutism shows that “the other” option is bad too. And yes, before you say it, the comment above mine listed more than two options. I’m aware but I don’t care. I’m an anarchist.

I’m not sure not caring about precision or clarity is an anarchist thing, but I think I can guess where you are right now, and it’s probably more important to caution you to be cautious how you link identity and ego to things like rationality and morality.

Oh, it’s not, I was joking. Sorry for not making this clear.

I think semantic discussions aren’t very fruitful so I don’t take them seriously
